The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, refrigeration, and all cooking appliances. It is a requirement that you are clean and respectful of your co-tenants in the unit. There are house rules to be adhered to.

There is a pool in the unit complex maintained by the Body Corporate.

There is a single lock up (remote) garage included.

• Electricity is to be split between the occupants on their own private arrangement.
• WIFI can be accessed, and this is between the tenants at their own costs.
• The courtyard is to be maintained between the tenants at their own costs.
